The Brief
Illesse wanted a home for her blog. Somewhere introverts could read honest stories about workplace life and feel a bit less alone. No corporate fluff, no complicated features. Just a warm, personal space that felt like her.
The site needed a personality quiz front and centre, flip cards for the blog posts, and that tagline moment: "Be Heard. Be Seen. Be You." The design had to match the tone of her writing: warm, honest, and real.
Illesse is now Co-Director of Breeze Digital, but before that, she was the first client. This site is where it all started.

Introvert in the Workplace started as a side project for Illesse, my partner. What began as something simple has become a testament to what we stand for and what we strive to deliver for every client.
This site was never meant to be corporate or flashy. As an INTP, I focused on the architecture and performance. Illesse shaped everything else. A humble design for a personal blog about personality, built around an incredible founder and writer.
Illesse is now Co-Founder and Co-Director of Breeze Digital. She works relentlessly to ensure every client feels the same positive energy she brings to everything, delivering the kind of customer service and project management that genuinely sets us apart.
