Who are support plans for?
Anyone with a live website that needs looking after. Whether we built it or someone else did, we can take over the technical side so you can focus on running your business. We work with WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Kentico, custom-built sites, and most other platforms. If your site runs on a CMS platform, we've probably worked with it.

In most cases, yes. We'll do a quick review of your site first to understand the setup, the codebase, and any existing issues. Occasionally we come across sites that aren't in a state where ongoing support would be practical or good value for you, and we'll always be upfront about that. If it makes sense for both sides, we'll recommend a plan and get started.
WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Umbraco, Kentico, custom-built sites on frameworks like React, Nuxt, Next.js, and .NET, and most other common platforms. If you're not sure, just ask.
